I painted a series of oils focusing on hands and musical instruments and called it my Jazz Hands Series. There are ten paintings in the series featuring guitar, cello, drums, piccolo, horn and piano. Hands are a challenging subject and with the different hand/finger placements on each instrument created a more challenging endeavor.
