This is my newest pastel portrait completed just several weeks ago. I have called it ‘Ageless’ as you are never too old to play. Finishing this piece was bittersweet as I had alot of fun with it. I miss her on my easel!
‘Audrey in Red’ has been juried into the 2011 Renaissance in Pastel National Exhibition
September 3rd, 2011in Waterbury, CT. Show opens to the public at the Mattatuck Museum September 30, 2011 and closes November 13, 2011 at 3PM.
My painting “Lightning’ which is done in charcoal was accepted into and won an honorable mention in the ‘Women of the Finger Lakes’ exhibit last week.
June 8th, 2011The six award winning paintings will travel to Capitol Hill and hang in the offices of Congressman Tom Reed for an indefinite period of time.
‘The Reader’ has just been juried into the 7th Annual Northeast National Pastel Exhibition
March 5th, 2011at the Arts Center in Old Forge, New York. The show dates are May 14, 2011 through June 26, 2011. The opening reception will be Friday, May 13, 2011.
